All bookings require valid payment information. Charges will be processed upon confirmation. A security deposit is required.
3. Driver Verification
All drivers must provide a valid driver's license, insurance information, and agree to a driving history/background check.
4. Use of Vehicle
Vehicles must be returned in the condition they were rented. You are responsible for any damage, fines, or violations incurred during the rental period.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking may be eligible for a refund, subject to our discretion.
6. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or engage in any fraudulent activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
